Pronto is an online marketplace platform that connects independent service workers ("Workers") with people who need services ("Clients"). Pronto provides the technology — the booking pages, scheduling tools, and notifications — but is not a party to any agreement between a Worker and a Client.
Workers on Pronto are independent contractors, not employees, agents, or partners of Pronto. Pronto does not supervise, direct, or control any Worker's services, schedule, pricing, or methods.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account on Pronto. By signing up, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and that you have the legal right to offer the services listed on your profile.
As a Worker, you are solely responsible for:
As a Client, you agree to treat Workers with respect, pay the agreed price for services rendered, and provide accurate information when booking. Pronto is not responsible for any disputes arising from a service transaction.
Pronto does not screen, verify, background-check, or guarantee the quality, safety, legality, or suitability of any Worker or service listed on the platform. You use the platform and hire Workers entirely at your own risk.
Pronto strongly encourages Clients to ask questions, read reviews, and exercise their own judgement before booking any service.
You agree not to use Pronto to offer, advertise, or arrange any service that is:

Pronto reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently remove any account at any time, for any reason, including violations of these Terms, Community Guidelines, or behaviour that Pronto determines — in its sole discretion — to be harmful to the platform or its users.
Pronto may maintain records of removed accounts for safety and legal purposes.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pronto is not liable for any damages, losses, injuries, or disputes arising from your use of the platform or from services arranged through the platform. This includes but is not limited to property damage, personal injury, financial loss, or disputes between Workers and Clients.
By using Pronto, you agree to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.
Pronto may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
